A Saudi investment group (RSR Eagle Resort) has spent three years planning a luxury tourism complex at the &#8220;Spilia&#8221; site in Platanistos. The complex includes: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 5-star hotel, a luxury accommodation complex<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Around 400 vacation units for sale and rental<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A private marina and conference center<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">42.7 hectares of private land, with an estimated 220 jobs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project has been designated a &#8220;strategic investment&#8221; (fast-track route), and is currently in the environmental approval stage (ESCHASE\/SMPE). The presidential decree that will approve construction is expected as early as the second half of 2026, meaning we&#8217;re right on the verge of takeoff. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A 5-star complex with a marina and hundreds of vacation units does not remain isolated. It draws in services, employment, flights, and visitors, and all of this translates directly into the value of the surrounding land. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t\t<div
