It was important to them that we felt part of the process, and there was genuine attention given to both our professional perspective and our personal needs. Beyond that, we were impressed that in Greece, planning and licensing processes are simpler and more efficient compared to what we are familiar with in Israel, including organized work with online systems and planning authorities. There was a strong sense of genuine willingness to develop joint cooperation and build professional and business connections between Israel and Greece, especially considering the growth of this sector in recent years. Both after the purchase and during the advanced planning stages, we always received quick responses and personal attention.
